Tony Fortunato – Baritone Saxophonist, recording artist, songwriter, arranger, performer and musician. Blues, Jazz, Swing and Rock.
From 1990 thru 2014, Tony fronted his own band the Emperors of Swing ™.
Tony was the musical director, horn section leader, Baritone Saxophonist and arranger for the international blues artist Travis Haddix through January 2016. (about 25 years)
Tony does studio and live performances with local and national bands.

Tony has performed in and headlined several Lakeland Jazz Festivals and has recorded and performed with many local, regional and international recording artists including Martha Reeves, The Dells, The Tommy Dorsey Orchestra and Travis Haddix to mention a few. He and his band have worked with Big Bad Voodo Daddy and David Benoit at Blossom Music Center in addition to live TV performances on FOX 8 TV. Some events include performances for the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Browns organizations, a performance for the TV show Touched By Love. Tony has also played Baritone & Tenor saxophone for Smokey Joe’s Cafe and was part of the headlining act in the 2010 Cognac Blues Festival in France and many Jazz & Blues festivals including Delaware, Erie PA, Sharon PA, South Carolina and more.
I have been fortunate and blessed to do studio recordings and live performances with Michael J Calhoon from the Dazz band and Don Williams Sr from the Commodores. Played with the Texas Horns. Performed Blues Review concert with Bob Margolin, Tom Holland, Tad Waters, Chuck Cotton, Ben Zeff, Diunna Greenleaf, John Del Toro Richardson, Bobby Floyd, Lenny Paul, Louis Tsamous, Anson Funderburgh & Mike Berichon.
